International Shipping Information
If you intend to ship items outside of Canada, the United States, or US Territories, it will be classified as an international delivery. You are responsible for covering any applicable taxes, fees, or extra charges related to international shipments. We employ discreet shipping methods tailored to each country.
Orders are shipped within 7 days after payment is processed. We will provide an email with a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. We haven't had a package stopped by customs in the last 24 months. If for whatever reason a package is lost in the mail and not shown as being successfully delivered we will happily send the full order again. In some rare instances you might be asked to cover the same shipping fee. This depends on the country and the size of the order.
We successfully ship to every country with zero issues including Germany, Netherland, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, Uruguay, Portugal, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland, Israel, and New Zealand!
Payment Methods and Discounts
For the convenience of our valued customers we display prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you're making a purchase from USA or Europe just know the cost will be significantly lower in your currency than the price displayed in CAD, We accept all major credit cards and if there's an issue wwhile processing your card I'll send you an email. E-transfer is a valid payment method for orders within Canada, just send an email to support@pbshop.info.
Freebies change weekly you can view them at checkout. The bigger the order the more freebies. You can view active promotions by checking the Promotions page. You can also get special coupon codes by signing-up to our newsletter below. Check your spam folder and please mark the email as not spam.
Delivery & Shipment Issues
We will reship the package free of charge as long as the tracking number does not state that it was delivered. For our US customers in all 50 states and US territories, shipments are sent domestically from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking. Canadian customers’ orders are shipped domestically from Vancouver, BC, using Canada Post.
